Ten convicted of cyber-bullying against Brigitte Macron

A French judicial body has found guilty ten people for carrying out the cyber-bullying of Brigitte Macron, the spouse of France's leader, Emmanuel Macron.
The defendants faced allegations of circulating fabrications regarding her gender and sexuality, in addition to making defamatory statements about the couple's 24-year age gap.

Their complaint states that Owens brushed aside any factual proof contradicting her allegations in favour of give a platform to established defamers.
Owens has regularly repeated these allegations on her show and online platforms, and in March 2024 stated that she would stake her entire professional reputation on her insistence that Mrs. Macron is biologically male.
Brigitte Macron initially encountered her future husband when she worked as an educator at his lycée.
